Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a District Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction across multiple locations. You will lead division teams and back-office staff, manage budgets, and own the P&L for each division.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of district management experience in fire and security industries or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to grow a business as a district manager.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, staff, customers and partners.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills; knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Sciens divisions/locations.
• Develop and implement a strategic growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Develop annual budgets and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage Profit and Loss for each division.
• Support cashflow and net working capital targets.
• Oversee operations performance and key metrics.
• Build a high-performance culture with annual reviews and development.
• Oversee asset management including inventory and service vehicles.
• Plan manpower, staffing, and allocation.
• Achieve employee and customer satisfaction targets.
• Communicate with customers, employees, vendors, and partners to hit targets.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with all safety initiatives.
