Job summary

McAlister's Deli is seeking an Area Director to connect headquarters with multiple districts, overseeing daily restaurant operations and upholding brand standards. You will drive sales, mentor branch teams, and ensure guest satisfaction through a warm, welcoming service style that reflects the McAlister’s Touch.

You should have 5+ years in casual restaurant industry, with deli/food service management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in casual restaurant industry.
• BS/MA in Business Administration preferred.
• Servsafe License preferred, or able to obtain a State-approved license — must be maintained per State Mandates.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Display a positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards all guests – Live the McAlister’s Touch.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
