Job summary

A leading restaurant group in Texas is seeking a District Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens. This hybrid-remote role requires significant travel throughout Texas, primarily to Dallas, Austin, and Houston. Candidates must have at least 5 years of kitchen management experience and proven leadership in a multi-unit setting. The position offers a competitive salary and a strong benefits package including performance-based bonuses and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of kitchen or retail management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit experience, managing 4 or more locations.
• Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets.

Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000 - $116,000 annual salary + Period Bonuses

District Manager Responsibilities

• Hybrid Work Model
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations
• Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and Coach operational procedures to maintain high company standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers.
• Analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards.

District Manager Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skillsand customer service skills
• Minimum of 5 years of kitchen or retail management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit experience, managing 4 or more locations
• Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets
• Willingness to travel onsite throughout Texas up 75% of the work week. Out of state travel may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
