Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash is seeking a District Maintenance Manager to supervise maintenance across multiple locations and travel extensively to ensure facilities run smoothly. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and uphold standards of service.

Qualifications

• Must have car wash equipment knowledge.
• Willing to travel to all locations nationwide.
• Proficiency in plumbing.
• Some welding experience.
• Small motor repair.
• Computer and software proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate POS and other office machines.

Responsibilities

• Train management team on preventative maintenance and repair issues.
• Facility management.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain company standards and adhere to policies.
• Oversee maintenance for 4 or more locations.
• Oversee a team of 3 or more maintenance technicians.
• P&Ls.
• Repair and Maintenance Budget.
