Tagg-N-Go Car Wash is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple sites, mentor Site Managers, and drive operational excellence across the area. Regular travel to sites is required, with on-call responsibilities and a focus on field leadership rather than office work.

The role emphasizes developing a strong leadership bench, forecasting site directions, and ensuring policy compliance through training and audits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing teams.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple teams.
• 5+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong background in customer service and leadership.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at multiple car wash sites within your area.
• Train, mentor, and develop Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to lead their teams effectively.
• Ensure a strong leadership bench is in place at each site.
• Strategize and forecast operational direction for sites.
• Perform audits to maintain quality and standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies through regular training and meetings with Site Managers.
• Regularly communicate with Site Managers to align goals.
• Set scorecard objectives and oversee performance metrics.
• Handle disciplinary actions, transfers, or terminations as needed.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to discuss growth and strategies.
• Work with the Maintenance Department to ensure site upkeep.
• Provide updates and train Site Managers on services offered.
