Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Supervisor to lead field-based maintenance across multiple car wash locations. You will mentor Technicians, prioritize repairs by safety and impact, and ensure preventive maintenance is completed to standard.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, coordinate parts and vendors, and travel regularly within the market to keep sites open, safe, and operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on maintenance experience across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience leading, coaching, and scheduling technicians across multiple sites.
• Excellent problem-solving, safety practices, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel regularly across an assigned geographic market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Maintenance Technicians across multiple sites within an assigned market.
• Prioritize repair requests based on safety, guest impact, site downtime, and operational need.
• Diagnose and support resolution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, chemical, conveyor, vacuum, and wash tunnel equipment issues.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time, documented accurately, and performed to standard.
• Conduct site visits, field audits, and quality checks to verify repair quality and equipment condition.
• Coach technicians in troubleshooting, repair standards, safety practices, and proper use of tools and parts.
• Partner with site and market leaders to communicate equipment status, downtime risks, repair timelines, and follow-up needs.
• Manage parts, tools, vendor coordination, and market-level inventory needs to support timely repairs.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and serve as an escalation point for extended downtime or complex repairs.
• Support new site openings, equipment installations, and market-level maintenance initiatives.
