Bealls Inc. in the United States is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager to oversee LP policies and programs across stores, driving shrink reduction and financial performance.

You will partner with store leadership, conduct internal investigations, and ensure compliance with company standards while managing budgets and safety programs. The role requires a college degree, LP/Asset Protection experience, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• College degree and management experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection.
• Ability to work a variable schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and integrity in professional settings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Loss Prevention policies, programs, and training within stores to improve financial performance.
• Develop partnerships with store leadership through scheduled communication, visits, reporting and training.
• Execute all Loss Prevention shrink-management programs within the district.
• Ensure full compliance with company standards and policies in LP activities.
• Conduct internal investigations per company protocol and legal requirements.
• Review, monitor, and maintain physical security controls (alarms, CCTV etc.).
• Complete audits and paperwork timely; maintain budgetary expense control.
• Ensure safety programs are in place and report safety concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
