Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager to develop and implement the LP program across 15+ locations in the district. You will drive results by reducing shortages, managing budgets and ensuring operational compliance.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, reviewing store practices, leading LP staff, and coordinating with law enforcement when required to investigate theft and fraud. A Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred.

• Develop and implement the Loss Prevention program for 15+ locations.
• Drive inventory shortage reduction and protect cash variance.
• Oversee audits and store accountability, ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct store visits to enforce best practices and protect assets.
• Manage physical inventory processes within district.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Loss Prevention staff.
• Recruit, hire and develop personnel; support succession planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and law enforcement as needed.
• Monitor budgets for payroll, travel and store protection.
