Job summary

The ideal candidate has a college degree or equivalent LP management experience, strong investigative skills, and a proven ability to manage budgets and security systems across multiple locations. Some travel between district stores is required.

Qualifications

• College degree required or equivalent management experience in loss prevention or asset protection.
• Strong investigative and analytical abilities for internal investigations and audits.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with store leadership and associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and administration of LP policies, programs, and practices within stores.
• Develop and coordinate partnerships with store leadership through scheduled visits and reporting.
• Execute shrink management programs and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Conduct internal investigations in line with company protocol and legal requirements.
• Review, monitor, and maintain physical security controls (alarms, CCTV) across district stores.
• Monitor safety programs and report concerns to Store Management.
• Maintain district budget and ensure timely audits and paperwork."
• Travel between stores within the district as needed.
