Job summary

Bealls Inc. is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager to lead Loss Prevention policy implementation across assigned stores in Texas, driving improved financial performance and reduced risk.

You will partner with store leadership, coordinate training, audits and shrink reduction initiatives, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance, with a schedule that may include nights and weekends. Reports to the Loss Prevention Field Director.

Qualifications

• College degree and management experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection.
• Ability to lead store teams and partner with store leadership.
• Strong investigative and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Loss Prevention policies across assigned District stores.
• Coordinate training, audits and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Conduct internal investigations following company protocol and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety programs.
• Drive partnerships with store leadership to improve financial performance.
