Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager to lead shrink prevention and safety across approximately 18–20 stores. You will investigate asset losses, train teams, and implement policy with the District Team Leaders to ensure safe, compliant stores.

The role reports to the Regional Loss Prevention Manager and sits in the Asset Protection department, with an exempt status and on-site work in a multi-store district.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Higher education in criminal justice preferred.
• Minimum of three years of LP experience in retail or demonstrated skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Efficient planning, prioritization and execution of instructions.
• Ability to learn and communicate new information.
• Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills.
• Prior interviewing/investigation certification such as WZ or Reid.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reports of asset losses, injuries, or harassment and determine proper actions.
• Conduct security checks to minimize asset loss and maintain CCTV/Alarm systems.
• Train new associates in Asset Protection and safety.
• Create ideas for shortage control and fewer accidents.
• Conduct safety inspections and correct safety issues.
• Participate in store meetings to reinforce Asset Protection.
• Communicate with District Team Leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform Operational Risk Assessments as required by program.
