The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager to lead LP teams within a dynamic off-price retail environment in the United States. You will partner with store operations and leadership to prevent loss while maintaining a superior customer experience.

You will oversee staffing, training, and investigations, driving shrink reduction strategies across your district and championing a customer-centric, compliant culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in loss prevention across multiple units.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and shrink reduction strategies.
• Excellent investigation and interviewing skills to resolve theft and security issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead 7-12 Loss Prevention Associates across levels.
• Conduct and resolve theft investigations; identify shrink deficiencies.
• Partner with district and store management to set shrink reduction priorities.
