Qualifications

• Background in customer service, collections, finance, or banking is desirable.
• Ability to step into leadership roles and coach others.
• Willingness to travel within the district to provide in-person support.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance for travel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset for branch support.

Responsibilities

• Support District Growth: drive performance and ensure operational excellence across locations.
• Lead by Example: act as Branch Manager when needed and model customer service.
• Train and Mentor: onboard and coach new team members for growth.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: help customers select financial solutions with care.
• Manage Delinquency: work with past‑due customers to maintain performance.
• Stay Agile: handle diverse duties across branches and adapt quickly.
