Qualifications

• Customer service, collections, finance, or banking exposure is preferred.
• Leadership potential to coach and support teams.
• Willingness to travel within the district for in-person support.

Responsibilities

• Support District Growth by partnering with the District Manager to drive performance across locations.
• Lead by example by acting as Branch Manager when needed, shaping customer service and sales.
• Train and mentor new team members to build high-performing contributors.
• Deliver exceptional service to help customers choose suitable financial solutions.
• Proactively manage delinquency with past-due customers to protect account health.
• Stay agile, handling diverse responsibilities across branches traveled to.
