Heights Finance, part of the Attain Finance family, seeks a District Lending Specialist to support multiple branches across the district, including Columbia, MO. This full-time role involves leadership, customer service, and district-wide growth with travel between branches.

Qualifications

• Customer service, collections, finance, or banking experience desirable.
• Ability to lead and coach others in a district.
• Willingness to travel within the district for in-person support.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for travel between branches.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaboration.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset for challenges across branches.

Responsibilities

• Travel between branches to provide hands-on support and drive performance.
• Step in as acting Branch Manager when needed and model excellent customer service.
• Train and mentor new team members to grow into high-performing contributors.
• Help customers select appropriate financial solutions with care and professionalism.
• Proactively work with past-due accounts to maintain healthy performance.
• Adapt to the needs of each branch and provide in-person travel support.
