Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish: English and Spanish proficiency.
• Customer service, collections, finance, or banking experience desirable.
• Ability to lead, coach others, and support team success.
• Willingness to travel within the district to provide in-person support.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance for travel between branches.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support District Growth: drive performance and ensure operational excellence across multiple locations.
• Lead by Example: act as Branch Manager when needed to set service and sales tone.
• Train and Mentor: onboard and coach new team members for high performance.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: assist customers in selecting financial solutions with care.
• Manage Delinquency: work with past-due customers to find solutions.
• Travel with Purpose: provide in-person support across the district.
