Job summary

Heights Finance, part of the Attain Finance family, seeks a District Lending Specialist to travel between branches, support growth, and lead teams. You will coach staff, improve service levels, and help branches achieve their targets while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role emphasizes leadership, flexibility to travel, and a proactive approach to delinquency management, customer service excellence, and district-wide performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, collections, finance, or banking is highly desirable.
• Ability to step into leadership roles, coach others, and support team success.
• Willingness to travel within the district to provide in-person support where it’s needed most.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance for travel between branches.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Travel between branches to provide hands-on support and drive performance.
• Lead by example by stepping in as acting Branch Manager when needed.
• Train and mentor new team members to grow into high-performing contributors.
• Deliver exceptional service by helping customers select the right financial solutions.
• Proactively manage delinquency and maintain healthy account performance.
• Stay agile and adapt to the needs of each branch you support.
• Travel with purpose to provide in-person support across the district.
