Job summary
Attain Finance is seeking a District Lending Specialist to support multiple branches across the district and drive performance. You will travel to in‑person locations, lead by example, train staff, and help branches meet goals with strong customer service.
Based in the Florence, KY district, you will cover a home base at 13 Oblique Street, work full-time, and participate in a comprehensive benefits program and bonus opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, collections, finance, or banking is desirable.
- Ability to lead, coach others, and support team success.
- Willingness to travel within the district for in-person support.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance for travel between branches.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support across branches to drive performance.
- Lead as acting Branch Manager when needed and model customer service.
- Onboard and coach new team members to develop high-performing staff.
- Help customers select financial solutions with care and professionalism.
- Proactively manage delinquency and maintain healthy accounts.
- Travel district-wide to support multiple locations and teams.
