Heights Finance, part of the Attain Finance family, is hiring a District Lending Specialist in Marietta, GA. The role involves traveling between branches to drive performance, lead by example, and mentor teams while delivering exceptional customer service and financial solutions.

You will support multiple locations, step in as acting Branch Manager when needed, and help branches reach their goals with strong leadership and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Customer service, collections, finance, or banking experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership potential with the ability to coach others.
• Willingness to travel within the district to provide in-person support.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance for travel between branches.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support district growth by driving performance and ensuring operational excellence across branches.
• Lead as acting Branch Manager when needed, setting standard for customer service and sales.
• Train and mentor new team members to build high-performing teams.
• Assist customers in selecting financial solutions with care and professionalism.
• Work with past-due accounts to improve delinquency performance.
• Travel across the district to provide in-person support and leadership.
• Adapt to the changing needs of each branch you support.
