Job summary

Heights Finance, part of the Attain Finance family, seeks a District Lending Specialist to travel between branches and drive performance across the district. You will lead, train, and support teams while delivering excellent customer service and responsible lending practices.

The role emphasizes leadership, travel within the district, and the ability to adapt to varying branch needs while promoting growth and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in finance or banking is highly desirable.
• Ability to coach others and support team success.
• Willingness to travel within the district for in-person support.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and auto insurance for travel between branches.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Support District Growth by partnering with the District Manager to drive performance across locations.
• Step in as acting Branch Manager when needed, guiding customer service and sales.
• Train and mentor new team members to develop high-performing contributors.
• Assist customers in selecting financial solutions with care and professionalism.
• Proactively manage delinquency and maintain healthy account performance.
