Job summary

Heights Finance Corporation is seeking a District Lending Specialist to travel between branches, provide hands-on support, and drive performance across the district. The role focuses on leadership, customer service, and training to help branches exceed goals.

You will partner with the District Manager, step in as acting Branch Manager when needed, onboard staff, coach teams, and deliver exceptional service to customers while managing delinquency and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, collections, finance, or banking is highly desirable.
• Ability to step into leadership roles, coach others, and support team success.
• Willingness to travel within the district to provide in-person support where it’s needed most.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance for travel between branches.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the District Manager to drive performance and ensure operational excellence across multiple locations.
• Step in as acting Branch Manager when needed, setting the tone for customer service, sales, and team collaboration.
• Onboard and coach new team members, sharing knowledge and helping them grow into high-performing contributors.
• Assist customers in selecting the right financial solutions, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.
• Proactively work with past-due customers to maintain healthy account performance.
• Travel district-wide to provide in-person support and leadership across branches.
