Job summary

Heights Finance, part of the Attain Finance family, is seeking a District Lending Specialist in Corpus Christi, TX. The role involves traveling between branches to provide hands-on support, drive performance, and lead teams to exceed goals.

Responsibilities include training, mentoring, and delivering exceptional service while managing delinquency and traveling across the district. This is a full-time position with benefits and opportunities for growth within a dynamic consumer finance

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, collections, finance, or banking is highly desirable.
• Ability to step into leadership roles, coach others, and support team success.
• Willingness to travel within the district to provide in-person support where it’s needed most.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance for travel between branches.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support District Growth by driving performance and operational excellence across branches.
• Lead by example as acting Branch Manager when needed, setting the tone for customer service, sales, and teamwork.
• Train and mentor new team members, helping them grow into high-performing contributors.
• Deliver exceptional service by assisting customers in selecting the right financial solutions.
• Manage delinquency by proactively working with past-due customers to find solutions.
• Travel across the district to provide in-person support and maintain consistent leadership across branches.
