Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a Texas store. You will support the Store Manager in leading sales, service, and daily store execution while developing Team Members and delivering Legendary Customer Experience.

Role emphasizes store operations, safety, and policy compliance with opportunities for advancement into Store Operations Manager in designated stores. Travel may be required to support district needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Assist the Store Manager with overall store operations and drive sales and profit.
• Lead front-end execution, daily store routines, and compliance activities.
• Support hiring, training, and development of Team Members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Experience and coaching to improve selling behaviors.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and deposits.
