Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a District Manager to lead people, product, and process strategies across assigned stores. You will train and develop managers, oversee operations, and ensure a compelling customer experience across multiple brands.

You will drive sales results, manage schedules and budgets, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards and retention. This role requires strong leadership and a remote-capable mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience is required for the role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging store environments by upholding the company vision and standards.
• Train and manage associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Lead associates to engage customers and drive sales results.
• Stay informed on new products and share knowledge with stores and customers.
• Lead and execute management initiatives to develop store leaders for progression.
• Manage annual reviews, participate in hiring decisions, and maintain high retention.
• Approve schedules and manage budgets.
• Ensure visual standards and floor layouts support sales growth.
• Collaborate with Asset Protection and cross-functional teams for efficiency.
• Resolve operational and customer issues to maintain standards.
