Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high‑performing teams in a retail/service environment.
Proven track record of top-tier performance.
Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Weekend availability by telephone; 5 Saturdays per year during peak season.

Responsibilities

Lead an engaged front-line team through recruitment, motivation and coaching in customer service and sales strategies.
Oversee brand ambassador activities and operational excellence: asset maintenance, vendor management, audits and safety compliance.
Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining a welcoming, well‑maintained environment and addressing inquiries promptly.
