Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a District Manager to lead stores within a defined district, drive sales and store operations, and build high-performing teams. You will oversee staffing, merchandising, loss prevention and expense control while ensuring policy compliance and profitability.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication and the ability to travel across up to 15 stores. Prior Windsor experience and retail multi-unit success are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years retail management with multi-unit experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team across multiple stores.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coaches and provides leadership for stores within a district.
• Drive for results: analyze reports, identify issues and improve financial performance.
• Develops talent through coaching, succession planning and Windsor training programs.
• Oversees district operations, merchandising execution, loss prevention and policy compliance.
