• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; High School degree required
• 5+ years of multi-store leadership experience within specialty retail preferred
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and delight customers, to build trust with business partners, and to foster a rich, team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated success driving results. Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning, operational execution, and employee motivation
• Proficient computer skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, tablet/mobile devices, and social media
• Ability to travel, work weekends, and attend networking events when the business requires
