Public Storage is seeking a District Manager to lead, manage and develop people across multiple locations in Florida. You will drive operational excellence, deliver standout customer experiences, and steer sales performance while ensuring safety and brand standards.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team of front-line employees, oversee audits and delinquent processes, use analytics to spot trends, and partner with markets nationwide for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams in retail, service, hospitality or related industry.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
