Public Storage is seeking a District Manager in Florida to lead multi-unit operations with a focus on customer experience, sales, and team development. You will recruit, coach and retain a frontline team while driving store performance and adherence to standards.

The role emphasizes analytics-enabled decision-making, cross-functional leadership, and strategic execution across locations in a growth-focused, Monday–Friday framework with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Relocation: future relocation ability is very important for growth.
• Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams in retail/service/hospitality.
• Proven track record of top-tier performance.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Weekend availability by telephone; 6 work weekends per year during peak season.
• Occasional travel to other markets for support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Manage and Develop People, Brand Ambassador & Operational Excellence.
• Oversee delinquent tenant processes and improve customer retention.
• Conduct monthly property audits and ensure safety standards.
• Provide a welcoming, well-maintained environment through facility maintenance and vendor management.
• Drive business using analytics to identify trends and capitalize on opportunities in your district.
