Job summary

Supercuts is seeking an energetic District Leader to coach, support, and grow 8–10 salon locations across San Francisco and Tri-Valley. You will develop Salon Managers, build high‑performing teams, improve profitability, and help people build rewarding careers.

This hands-on role travels daily, leads business plans, analyzes P&L and metrics, and drives guest experiences. You’ll create a positive culture and mentor leaders to deliver exceptional results across the district.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful multi-unit leadership experience in the salon, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or service industry.
• Proven experience managing P&Ls and improving business performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop action plans.
• Valid Cosmetology License required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel daily throughout the San Francisco and Tri-Valley markets.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Salon Managers to run successful salons.
• Own the district's financial performance and drive sales growth.
• Visit salons daily to provide coaching and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and guest experience.
• Lead rollout of company initiatives and promotions.
