Job summary

Supercuts is seeking a District Leader to coach 8–10 salons in the San Francisco and Tri-Valley area. Lead Salon Managers, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

This hands-on, field-based role requires daily travel, strong leadership, P&L oversight, and building high-performing teams for sustainable growth. The position offers a competitive base salary of $70,000–$75,000 plus a monthly performance bonus, with opportunities to advance within a nationally recognized salon

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership in salon/retail/food service or related service industry.
• Proven experience managing P&L and improving business performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop action plans.
• Valid Cosmetology License.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel daily throughout the San Francisco and Tri-Valley markets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop exceptional Salon Managers and teams.
• Own district P&L, drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control.
• Visit salons daily to coach, support, and lead teams.
• Roll out company initiatives and ensure guest experience standards.
