Job summary

Supercuts, Inc. is seeking a District Leader for the San Francisco & Tri-Valley area to coach 8–10 salons. You’ll drive profitability, develop Salon Managers, and build high-performing teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead in-field daily, helping teams grow, improve metrics, and implement company initiatives across the district. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring travel throughout the market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years multi-unit leadership in salon/retail/hospitality.
• Proven experience managing P&L and improving performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and develop action plans.
• Valid Cosmetology License required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel daily throughout the SF and Tri-Valley markets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Salon Managers and teams.
• Own the district’s financial performance, including sales growth and expenses.
• Visit salons daily to coach, support, and lead.
• Ensure governance of operating standards and guest experience.
• Drive guest retention, retail, and service excellence.
• Lead rollout of promotions and company initiatives.
