Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership, planning, and execution of solutions for business needs.
• Builds partnerships with Regional Vice President and Field Leadership; coaches field teams.
• Uses data, trends, and benchmarking to drive metric-based improvements.
• Develops and coaches management teams to build leadership bench strength.
• Manages district P&L and ensures policy compliance.
• Coaches store management to meet district, region, and company goals.
• Ensures safety, security, and compliance during store visits and audits.
• Represents PetSmart to local organizations and communities.
