Steak 'n Shake Galesburg is seeking a District Manager to lead the local restaurants toward stronger sales and profitability while upholding brand standards, quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

You will coach General Managers, oversee staffing and training, partner with HRM and DP on succession planning, and drive local marketing initiatives to deliver consistent guest experiences.

• Lead district with an unrelenting passion to grow sales and profitability.
• Ensure the district results achieve the expectations for the key result measures while demonstrating an ability to change.
• Report district performance to Division Presidents quarterly through a process approach.
• Partner with Division Presidents on local marketing to plan and execute DMA-level and local store marketing plans.
• Coach General Manager to hold management teams accountable for service, quality, cleanliness, facility and safety improvement plans.
• Oversee and ensure the effectiveness and execution of crew training, recertification, development and promotion process.
• Lead bench discussions with DM & HRM on effective succession planning processes.
