Job summary

Steak 'n Shake East Peoria is seeking a District Manager who can model and drive Quality, Service and Cleanliness while delivering district business results through accountability and coaching.

You will lead General Managers, develop talent, execute local marketing and ensure guest satisfaction, safety and product standards across stores in the district. This role requires hands-on leadership and a proven ability to grow sales and profit.

Responsibilities

• Coach General Manager to hold Management team accountable for service, quality, cleanliness, facility and safety improvement plans and results.
• Oversee crew training, recertification, development and promotion process.
• Lead bench discussion with DM & HRM on effective succession planning processes.
• Interview, hire, and train quality management candidates from internal, external, and campus efforts.
