Qualifications

• Frequent bending, counting on knees and moving up to 25lbs.
• Proficient with basic computer operations including Microsoft Office and Open Office.
• Travel willingness with reliable transportation for audits throughout the market.

Responsibilities

• Auditor will perform front line accounting review at store level during retail inventory audits; collaborate with District Managers and Store Managers.
• Develop preliminary audit schedule for district including neighboring store rotation.
• Assist Store Manager with invoice concerns, store organization, price adjustments and abnormalities discovered in system.
• Conduct visual checklist at each store detailing store conditions, maintenance issues, safety concerns, marketing promotions and loss prevention awareness.
• Complete 16-20 retail inventory audits monthly including data import, printing reports, entering data into system and uploading documentation.
• Achieve established average per hour counting goal while ensuring accuracy and integrity of data collected.
• Relate information clearly in verbal and written form; maintain a proactive, can-do attitude.
