Responsibilities

• Own Inventory Accuracy: Conduct precise inventory counts using handheld scanning technology; verify and log inventory data with speed and accuracy; identify discrepancies and help ensure inventory integrity across stores.
• Protect the Business: Audit cash handling procedures and verify accuracy of store cash; support loss prevention efforts by identifying risks and inconsistencies; help safeguard company assets through attention to detail and accountability.
• Uphold the Chillbox Standard: Ensure stores meet Chillbox expectations for cleanliness, organization, and merchandising; evaluate product placement and overall store presentation; maintain a consistent brand experience across locations.
• Support & Communicate: Work closely with store teams during audits to keep operations running smoothly; report findings clearly and professionally to the Loss Prevention Manager; assist with follow-ups and corrective actions when needed.
• Be in the Field: Travel to multiple Chillbox locations and work independently; adapt to different store environments and schedules.
