Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a District Installation Manager to lead field installation operations across the assigned district, driving strategy, culture, and performance to meet P&L targets in the Fort Worth area. You will align field, sales, and national operations to optimize project scoping and delivery while sustaining growth and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline or equivalent experience.
5+ years of managerial experience (operations and sales) in the electronic security or related industry.
Experience managing a district/regional market with multiple locations.
P&L management experience at a district level.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Strong strategic and tactical thinking and execution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing labor spend as a percentage of revenue.
Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude with effective customer solutions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Ability to perform occasional lifting, standing and sitting for long periods.

Responsibilities

Develops the district install/operations business plan with leadership alignment.
Leads district teams, ensuring connectivity between sales, installation, and service.
Coordinate between sales, district field, and national operations for project scoping and execution.
Drive profitable practice within branches and align field operations with sales leadership.
Oversee overall P&L performance, budgets, and branch metrics.
Provide leadership to improve staff effectiveness, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
Control costs, including labor, overhead, and subcontractor expenses.
Drive DSO metrics and manage Accounts Receivable for the district.
Ensure safety program adherence within field operations.
Implement standardized labor planning to meet revenue targets.
Develop high-performing leadership and bench strength.
Drive training and performance improvements and address underperformance.
Continuously improve processes to boost customer quality and branch efficiency.
Maintain company property and adhere to policies and safety requirements.
Provide recognition and feedback to staff and subcontractors.
Keep knowledge current through workshops and professional networks.
