Job summary

Securitas Technology seeks a District Installation Manager to lead field installation operations within the assigned geographic area and drive service delivery, profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on unifying field, sales and service teams, implementing strategic plans, and achieving P&L targets across branches while promoting Securitas culture and continuous improvement. Travel to districts required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in operations/sales in security or related fields.
• Experience managing district/regional markets with multiple locations.
• P&L management experience at a district level.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to lift, stand and sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the district install/operations business plan in coordination with leadership.
• Leads district teams and ensures connectivity between sales, installation and service.
• Coordinates with sales, field and central operations for project scoping and execution.
• Drives profitable business practices and aligns field operations with revenue targets.
• Manages P&L, budget and branch performance metrics.
• Ensures safety programs and compliance across field teams.
• Develops leadership within teams and drives continuous improvement.
• Maintains property, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
