Job summary

This full-time role offers a base salary of $135,000–$155,000, plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years managerial experience in operations and sales in security or related field.
• District/regional market management and P&L experience expected.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic execution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead district install/operations business plan with RVP alignment.
• Connect sales, installation and service functions for district goals.
• Coordinate between field, sales and central operations for projects.
• Ensure profitable practice and manage branch P&L and budgets.
• Drive cost controls, safety programs and performance metrics.
