Job summary

Nassal/nFusion, part of the PCL family, is seeking an HR leader to shape programs, policies, and people practices. You’ll develop recruitment plans, guide employee relations, and collaborate with districts to drive HR initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in HR, strong communication, and the ability to mentor staff while navigating a matrixed organization. This role focuses on career development, compensation guidance, and strategic partnerships with academic institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• Progressive HR experience, including policy, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR programs, policy, practices, and compliance for assigned client groups.
• Develop and execute a recruitment plan with effective sourcing strategies.
• Participate in district HRPD planning and drive district initiatives.
