• 10+ years progressive supervisory HR experience in human resources management.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
• Oversees wellness, health benefits, retirement plans, and HRIS/analytics.
• Leads compliance with employment laws and organizational policies; manages budget and strategic plans.
• Represents organization at conferences and collaborates with senior leadership.
