Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Broad knowledge of management practices and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess and grow talent.
• Comfortable reading and implementing contractual requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork across all levels.
• Proven ability to lead through change and turnaround initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree generally required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leadership - own operational management and financial performance of multiple accounts; mentor and develop teams; ensure safety, quality and service excellence.
• Client Relationship - maintain client rapport, communicate progress, support new business and retention activities.
• Financial Performance - build revenue, manage budgets, maintain P&L, and drive margins using company systems.
• Productivity - lead efficiency initiatives, control costs, and enforce operating standards across units.
• Compliance - ensure a safe, healthy environment and adherence to policies and wage/hour regulations.
