Aramark is seeking a Site District Manager to provide vision, planning and control for a cluster of units with $12-40M+ revenue. You will drive growth, cost and productivity while leading teams to deliver financial commitments and service excellence.

You will shape operations, ensure safety and quality, manage client relationships, and own P&L performance across the district. This role demands strategic thinking, strong communication, and proven leadership in a multi-unit setting.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership experience with 5–10 years and P&L responsibility.
• Broad knowledge of management practices, business judgment and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess and grow hard-working talent.
• Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proven success in a repeatable business model, including leading through change.
• Bachelor’s degree is generally required; advanced degree preferred.
