This role involves recruiting and training gym staff, ensuring operational compliance, and enhancing customer experiences. The compensation range for this position is $70,000 – $90,000 USD, with opportunities for bonuses and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Leadership/Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Sales team and support day-to-day tasks.
