The ideal candidate will be proactive in team development, performance coaching, and member engagement strategies. The salary range is between $70,000 and $90,000, with additional bonus opportunities and benefits including a free membership for you and one family member.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Leadership/Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management experience.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with all levels.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all gym locations operate efficiently and effectively.
• Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff.
• Lead and manage a team of sales managers and fitness consultants.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions.
• Build relationships within the community to enhance brand visibility.
