Job summary

Aramark is seeking a District Manager to provide vision, planning, direction, and control to a geographic district generating substantial revenue. The role focuses on growth, cost control, productivity, and people leadership, delivering financial commitments across multiple client sites.

The position requires frequent travel to client sites within the district; leadership excellence and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential.

Qualifications

• P&L responsibility within hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food and beverage industries.
• Proven leadership with broad knowledge of management practices and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent.
• Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial performance of multiple accounts and units.
• Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial relationship.
• Build revenue and manage budget; oversee district P&L and financial targets.
• Lead managers in implementing corporate management agenda for labor and financial initiatives.
