Job summary

UniSource Energy Services is seeking a District Manager for the Kingman and Lake Havasu gas regions. The role leads operations, safety, and customer service initiatives for transmission and distribution assets, managing budgets and staff across the districts.

You will coordinate with local authorities, oversee contract resources, and ensure compliance with DOT and state regulations while driving reliability and efficiency in service to customers in Mohave County.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in the natural gas industry.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or combination of comparable education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement operating and maintenance goals and objectives for the organization.
• Provide input to forecast, plan, prepare, implement, and direct annual Capital and O&M budgets.
• Ensure safety programs and compliance with federal/state/local regulations.
• Supervise resources including personnel and contractors to meet safety and reliability targets.
• Maintain liaison with government officials, contractors, and customers.
