Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day natural gas utility operations and maintenance for Kingman and Lake Havasu.
• Provide supervision to staff and contract workers; manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with federal safety codes (DOT Part 192, 199) and state/local regulations.
• Coordinate with regulators, municipalities, and customers; liaison with unions and vendors.
• Lead safety programs and emergency response readiness; ensure training and qualifications.
