Job summary

UNS Gas is seeking a District Manager for Kingman and Lake Havasu. You will oversee day-to-day natural gas utility operations, manage a budget of several million dollars, supervise staff, and coordinate with regulators and contractors to ensure safe, compliant service.

The role requires 5-8 years in the natural gas industry with 3+ years of supervisory experience, plus strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in the natural gas industry.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations (Part 192/199).
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Implement operating and maintenance goals and objectives for the organization.
• Forecast, plan and direct capital and O&M budgets; monitor variances.
• Develop safety programs and supervise resources, including contractors.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and franchise agreements.
• Coordinate with government officials, customers, and vendors; respond to emergencies.
